So divide the seconds by 60 and you've got 17.32<br />Then divide by 1.5 (your distance).<br />And you have 11.55 mins per mile. Well done!<br />And way to go on four miles. Sometimes trying to turn a phrase just confuses.<br /><br />What I was saying is that there's 24 hours, 60 minutes, sixty seconds, and a colon in between each one. 11:35:16 for example.
