Our Playstation's disc drive has been broken for months on end. Today, it made a weird sound, and my son quickly hit the eject button, and suddenly, it spit out a disc. He was so excited. I heard him shouting from all the way upstairs. When I came down, I advised that he try hitting the eject button again, and a second disc came out. The reason it had been broken all that time was because our three-year-old had put two discs into the thing at once. It always amazes me the ability kids have to eff up their own things. Makes me think of that saying "don't shit where you eat."
