A New Dunesteef Episode!

You never thought it would happen, it seemed like the corpse was completely cold, but the reports of our demise were a tad premature. THEY LIVE!!! The Dunesteef Audio Fiction Magazine has a new episode for you from the f---ed up mind of Rish Outfield, go and enjoy Out Of The Bag.

I Replaced My Camera

Got a new GoPro-esque camera (I think Rish called it a Faux Pro, I like that term) and I shot a new Anklecast on it that I'll hopefully get posted soon. Also, today I went out and had some fun with it in the pool.

I discovered that it kind of floats, but at about six inches under the water. So the camera that I dropped into the water in Louisiana was probably nowhere near where I tried fishing around for it by the time I got that net from the boat captain.

Making Progress!

Pretty excited today. I’ve been working on losing weight for the last few months. I started at 303 lbs. I’ve been coming down steadily, but got stuck around 287 lbs for a long time. I finally broke through that and started losing again. This week, I was really wanting to make it under 280. It would be nice to be out of the 80s. I really wanted to, and I tried very hard to be good. This morning, I weighed myself and I was:

As close as possible, but I made it. Of course it’s just an early milestone one a long trip, but I’m happy to have arrived this far.

Struggling For A Reason For Americans To Watch

The commercials for the World Cup simultaneously crack me up and make me sad. “Root For Your Roots” is their slogan, to try to get Americans to watch this time around. Cheer for England if your ancestors come from there, or Mexico if your ancestors are from there, or Nigeria if your ancestors come from there. You just can’t cheer for the USA, because for the first time since 1990, your squad failed to qualify. Sad trombone.
