Every time Cisco names another villain, I want him to acknowledge just how bad the name is. DC's names are all so bad, it just seems like it would be more honest.
He should be like, "The Bug-eyed Bandit! Wait, no, that really, really sucks. Give me a minute. I'll come up with a better one."
But he never does.
