I've heard a lot about the misogynists hating all over this movie because it stars women, but when I saw this article, I had an epiphany. I think I finally figured out why so many people are angry about it. It's that damned Boston vs. New York thing. They're filming in Boston, so surely New Yorkers are mad. But the film is set in New York, so Boston is actually supposed to pass for New York on film. So, I'm sure Bostonians are outraged.
And as anyone who lives anywhere else in the country other than Texas or California knows, if Bostonians and New Yorkers want to talk, we all are required to listen.
All kidding aside, it's pretty cool of them to visit the kids in the hospital, amiright?
