It's my story on the Dunesteef! Yeah, it's a little overdue. We recorded the episode for this story on the day that David Bowie passed away. That day I decided that I needed to turn this story into an episode of the show.
Three girls, with rhyming names, from a small town in Montana, are celebrating the final day of summer vacation when they witness something amazing. You’ll never guess what is waiting for them over the next rise.
Afterward, in an episode that was recorded on the day that David Bowie passed away last January, Rish and I talk about Bowie’s legacy, victories, value, and also Bruce Springsteen…and of course Rish quotes an Elton John song.
Special thanks to Jonathan Wilson for producing today’s story, and to Renee Chambliss, Abigail Hilton, Tena Kolokowski, and Wendy Repchin for lending their voice to the episode.
Alright, if you want to check out this episode, go listen to it on the main Dunesteef podcast feed—(EDIT: Now that the feed is gone, the only way to hear the show is over on the Dunesteef Podcast YouTube page, which I am embedding below).
