A Foreign Delicacy

We were passing through Calgary on our way to meet up with my wife's sister, but we needed a couple of things, so we stopped in at the Costco. They didn't have what we were after, but they did have their food court. We eat at the Costco food court pretty often, because you can feed a bunch of kids for cheap, so we're really familiar with the menu, and this stuff didn't appear on the menu in America.

Yeah, it's the foreign delicacy, poutine! They even have it at Costco. It's fries covered in gravy with cheese curds added into the mix. It's said to be the unofficial dish of Canada. Whenever the Ankleviches travel to a far off place to experience unfamiliar cultures, we make sure to get as representative an experience as we possibly can.
