Kicking Off

I hooked up my lav mic to my shirt this morning, and talked my way through my next story idea on my drive to work today. I had to record it, even though I'll probably never listen to it or share it with anyone. I just can't talk to myself at the level necessary to come up with good story ideas unless I'm at least recording. I feel too weird otherwise. But it was very productive, and I think I'm ready to get writing on the new story tomorrow.
