I had a bit of an oopsy at the end of last week, and gained several
pounds of water weight, so I decided to straighten up and fly right. I
did just roast beef and eggs for most of the week. How did that serve
me? Did I get better results? Or do I need to try something else?
Moreover, it's the week of Christmas. Temptations abound. How did I
fare? Did I make it out of the week as a carnivore? Or did I fall pray
to one of the many pitfalls in place for Christmastime? Watch and see
