Okay, so it's been two weeks now on this fitness challenge. This week didn't go quite as well as last time, but I still managed to lose two pounds. I'm at 269 right now, and still going.
I've upped my commitment to workout, attending my crossfit class four days a week for two weeks in a row now. That's even better than I did all the way back in August when I was in much better shape than I am now.
I think I still need to up my workouts though. I was planning, before this all began, to run several days a week and to do yoga as well. Reality has kept me from fulfilling that plan, but I might still be able to if I upped my dedication. We'll have to see.
