I felt like I might be on the edge of a crisis at the end of last week, my ketones had taken a dive, my blood sugar had risen, and I was downshifting my fasting to a less rigorous protocol. Was there any way that such a tactic could help? Or was I going to have to abandon it in the middle of the week and switch back to ADF?
