Since the Ukraine war began, gas prices shot through the roof, and ever since then, the government has been trying to coax them back down. They've tried shaming the oil companies. They've released our strategic reserves to the public. They've...well, that's all I can think of, actually. But they must have done something else, because gas prices have finally come down to a level that I can afford:
