I've been a little stuck recently. I haven't done anything very bad, no candy or tacos or Danishes, but I have given in and eaten several processed meats. I've also gotten a little lazy, doing the same fasting protocol every week and not even going for walks or doing any other exercise. So, this week, I tried to change all of that. Did I succeed? And would that even matter or was I on the plateau to stay?
